Every card uses a built-in rechargeable lithium polymer battery. Capacity ranges from 120mAh for 2.4 inch models to 500mAh for 7 inch models. The battery is thin—just 3mm—and sealed inside the card spine. It passes CE, RoHS and UN38.3 certification for air freight. A full charge plays video for 45-90 minutes depending on screen size and brightness.

2. Screen Greeting Card Custom Printed: Playback Time

Actual playback depends on screen size and video length. A 4.3 inch card plays 60-90 minutes on a full charge. A 7 inch card plays 45-60 minutes. Most greeting videos are 30-120 seconds, so a single charge plays your video 40-80 times. Recipients can replay the video by pressing the side button or opening the card again.

Cards support three playback modes. Play-once plays the video when opened and stops when closed. Loop-replay repeats the video continuously until closed. Button-trigger plays only when the side button is pressed. Rophone defaults to play-once for greeting cards and loop-replay for trade show display cards. You choose the mode per order.
