A screen greeting card custom printed order is not just a box of paper cards. It contains lithium batteries, LCD screens and fragile electronics. Rophone has exported 500+ video card shipments to 40 countries. Here is how we handle it.
Each card goes into a clear OPP bag with a silica gel packet. Cards are stacked 50 per inner box with dividers. The LCD screen faces inward to prevent scratches. We never ship loose cards in a master carton.
A standard 500-piece order uses 2 cartons measuring 40x30x25cm each. Gross weight per carton is about 12kg. A 1000-piece order uses 4 cartons. We double-box for 7 inch and 10 inch screens because the LCD is fragile.
DHL/FedEx takes 3-5 days to US and Europe, cost about $80-120 per carton. Sea freight takes 25-35 days, cost about $200-400 per CBM. We recommend express for orders under 1000 pieces. See the full electronic greeting card range for packaging options.
Every card contains a lithium battery. Air freight requires UN38.3 test reports and MSDS. Rophone provides both. We declare the battery content on commercial invoices. Without proper docs, customs may hold the shipment.
We send tracking numbers within 24 hours of dispatch. All shipments include insurance up to declared value. We recommend inspecting the carton on arrival. If any cards are damaged in transit, Rophone replaces them free of charge.
Rophone handles all export documentation, customs forms and Incoterms. We ship EXW, FOB or DDP depending on your preference. Visit our screen greeting card custom printed page to discuss your shipping terms.
