Custom Screen Greeting Card Sizes: Which Display Fits Your Project?

Choosing the right display size is the most important decision when ordering a custom screen greeting card. Too small and your video feels cramped. Too large and shipping costs rise. Rophone offers six standard screen sizes, each optimized for a specific use case. This guide helps you pick the right one.

1. Custom Screen Greeting Card: 2.4 Inch Pocket Size

The 2.4 inch model is our thinnest card at just 8mm. It fits inside a standard envelope and weighs under 80 grams. This size suits wedding invitations, save-the-date cards and small VIP invites. Video runs at 320x240 resolution. Storage is typically 128MB, enough for a 30-second looping clip. Total card dimensions are roughly 130x180mm when closed.

2. Screen Greeting Card Custom Printed: 4.3 Inch Most Popular

The 4.3 inch screen is the bestseller. At 480x272 resolution, it plays 720p widescreen video with clear detail. Card dimensions are about 150x210mm, similar to a traditional greeting card. This size works for wedding videos, holiday corporate gifts and product thank-you inserts. Storage options from 128MB to 2GB.

3. Personalized Screen Greeting Card: 5 Inch for Corporate Gifts

The 5 inch display steps up to 800x480 resolution. Recipients notice the sharper picture immediately. Card thickness grows to 12mm. This size is preferred by HR teams for employee onboarding packs and by B2B companies sending client holiday gifts. See the full electronic greeting card range for format comparisons.

4. Screen Greeting Card Custom Printed: 7 Inch Product Showcases

The 7 inch screen offers 1024x600 HD resolution. At this size, the card becomes a desktop display rather than a paper card. Brands use it for product launch mailers, luxury VIP invitations and in-store retail displays. Card dimensions reach 220x160mm. Minimum order quantities are higher due to larger LCD panels.

5. Custom Screen Greeting Card: 10 Inch Trade Show Display

The 10 inch model is the flagship. Full HD 1280x800 resolution with stereo speakers. It sits on a desk or counter and plays looping product demos all day. This size is for trade show booths, lobby displays and museum exhibits. Rophone recommends 2GB storage for 10 inch cards to fit longer demo videos.
