1. The rationality of slotting

     

1. 1 Slotline angle

     

        When the raw materials are slotted, the slot lines are generally half-shaped, and the angles on both sides are the same. The angle of the industrial cardboard slot lines is usually controlled at 100 degrees to 120 degrees, and the gift box forming effect is the best within this angle. When the angle of the groove line is greater than the applicable angle of 120 degrees, the cardboard is bonded to the cover and the inner sticker. After the cover and the inner box are assembled and formed, when observing the side of the gift box, there is a large corner gap at the corner of the product, which affects the appearance of the gift boxes. 1.2.  Depth of groove

      

        The slotting depth of industrial cardboard, which is the raw material of gift boxes, is generally controlled at about 0.2mm during slotting. When using the backlight to observe the gray board, the light at the groove line is transparent, and the industrial cardboard is not easy to break. At this time, the gift boxes have the best forming effect. 2. Bonding firmness

    

        The selection of adhesives for gift box production is very strict. First of all, it is necessary to understand the properties of different adhesives and the applicability of gift box materials. At the same time, the selection of adhesives also needs to consider factors such as safety and environmental protection, economy, bonding environment, drying speed, etc. . On the premise of meeting the requirements of applicable performance, safety and hygiene and other factors, we should try to use lower-priced adhesives to reduce production costs. For liquid adhesives, in addition to their physical performance indicators, it is more important to consider their safety and environmental performance, and it is necessary to detect whether they contain formaldehyde, toluene, xylene and other harmful substances.         The above two adhesives have similar properties and are suitable for the production of gift boxes. The adhesive dries slowly, but the price is cheaper than the adhesive PV-9091, and the adhesive PV-9098 is in The glue machine is easy to use, and the glue on the paper is even and stable. After the bonding is completed, the leather shell is flattened with a flattening machine, and the surrounding edge is subjected to a foaming process with a foaming machine, so as to avoid unfavorable results such as weak bonding and generation of air bubbles. Before the flattening process, it is necessary to adjust the speed and pressure of the flattening machine. The pressure during flattening should not be too large. Excessive pressure will easily lead to the front of the cover being pressed out of glue. Generally, it is necessary to debug the flattening machine in advance, and select the appropriate pressure to flatten the leather case according to the performance of different products and adhesives. Adhesive PV-9091 is highly viscous and volatile. Because of its strong bonding strength, it is mostly used in the assembly process of the leather case. After the cover and the inner box are bonded, the foaming process is then carried out with a foaming machine. 3. Material deformation

    

3.1. Deformation of box cover industrial cardboard

     

        During the production and preparation of the box cover industrial cardboard, the relevant staff should determine the paper pattern of the industrial cardboard for cutting, and do a good job in the production imposition and quota review, so as to avoid the insufficient number of cutting materials after the gray board is cut.
